With approximately 30 members, our club consists of boys and girls ranging in ages from 5 to 18.
Our meetings follow an agenda led by teen leaders holding officer positions, using Parliamentary Procedure. Cloverbuds (ages 5-8) participate in craft activities during the meeting, so long as a parent or teen has organized and volunteer. Club members participate in community service during the club meetings.
Projects are 'hands-on' (learn by doing) activities held at various locations. Projects are considered complete if the youth participates for a total of no less than 6 accumulated hours. Projects are announced and held on dates set by the volunteer adult leader. Volunteer leader training is available through the Extension office.
County fundraisers support the 4-H programs. We ask that all families actively participate in the fundraisers as announced in the County 4-H Newsletter.
Please contact our New Member Liaison, Sydney Nguyen, for questions about joining our club.
